Vendor Terms / Reseller Agreement

Effective Date: 01/04/2025

1. Nature of Partnership

Vendors may resell WhatsApp API services using ARProBot’s backend platform.

2. Independent Responsibility

Vendors are independently responsible for client management, billing, support, and disputes. ARProBot is not involved.

3. Fair Use

Vendors must ensure clients use the platform legally and ethically.

4. Licensing and Fees

Vendors must comply with pricing and technical terms set by ARProBot.

5. Termination Rights

ARProBot may suspend or terminate vendor services for violations.

6. White Label Branding

Vendors receive full branding control including custom domain, logos, panel, email, etc. End clients will not see ARProBot branding.

7. Client Verification

Vendors must verify clients (KYC) and onboard only legitimate businesses.

8. Legal Responsibility

Vendors will be held liable if they knowingly onboard clients involved in illegal activity.

9. API Monitoring

ARProBot may monitor API usage and apply limits for abuse prevention.

10. Brand Protection

Vendors damaging the reputation of ARProBot may face termination and legal action.
