1. Information We Collect

We collect user information including name, email, phone number, business ID, uploaded campaign content, and IP address for session management and security.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

Data is used solely for CRM operations, WhatsApp messaging, template creation, analytics, and technical support. We do not sell or misuse any user data.

3. User-Controlled Contacts

We do not access your phone’s contact list. Only contacts manually added within the CRM are stored and used.

4. Data Storage and Protection

All data is stored securely with SSL encryption and accessible only to the user. Inactive account data is auto-deleted after 30 days.

5. WhatsApp API Integration

We use the official WhatsApp Cloud API by Meta. Data is used only within your CRM and not stored externally.

6. Permissions Used

The app requests Internet access and optional Storage permission (for campaign images). We do not access contacts, camera, mic, or location.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use basic session cookies only. No third-party trackers are used.

8. Data Deletion Rights

You can request deletion of your data by writing to care@arprodigital.com. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

9. Age Restrictions

Our services are for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Third-party Tools

If you integrate third-party services (Woocommerce, Zapier, Shopify, etc.), their data privacy is your responsibility.

11. Complaint & Support

Contact care@arprodigital.com for privacy concerns. Response time: 24–72 hours.

12. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated occasionally. Users will be notified via email or in-app alerts.

13. Super Admin Oversight

To prevent abuse, a designated Super Admin may access your dashboard data only for compliance and security audits. All such access is restricted and logged.
