ARProBot provides a technical platform for accessing the official WhatsApp Cloud API.

2. Ownership

All business assets like WhatsApp number, Facebook Business Account, and related documents are fully owned by the user.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for all content sent via the platform. Any misuse (spam, illegal, misleading content) is solely the user’s liability.

4. Account Suspension

Violation of WhatsApp/Meta policies may lead to immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Data Security

User data is stored on secure servers and never shared without legal compulsion.

6. Permitted Content

Only lawful and ethical content is allowed. Religious, political, hate, or misleading content is strictly prohibited.

7. Support Disclaimer

We provide technical support only and do not guarantee delivery or response rates.

8. Payment & Refund

All payments are prepaid. Refunds are offered only in case of verified technical failure.

9. Activity Logs

All user activity is logged for compliance and security.

10. Terms Updates

Terms may be updated periodically. Changes will be notified via email or dashboard alert.
